I started to live here and the site was nice, they couldn't keep some of their promises, but there is no problem. The garage leaks sewage from time to time, the neighbors are generally good, my favorite place is the garden, it is large and very ideal for cycling.

I can definitely say that it is a great project. Mr. Selahattin Uslu did a very good job. I think it is the best, highest quality and most equipped project not only in Keçiören but also in Ankara. It is an enormous project consisting of 2 towers and 1 lake house and also includes a 4,100 m2 biological pond. I liked it very much.

There is an artificial lake in the middle of the blocks, there is plenty of green space, 3 saplings have been planted per flat, parking lots are open and closed, there is a sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool, showers on the lower floors, gymnasium, cinema hall, masjid, directorate and management sales representatives are active and it is useful to come and see it. It is far from the noise of the city. You must have a car. The west side shows the Karşıyaka cemetery, but it is not visible from here, the highway is visible in the north, the promenade and parking areas in the east, and the northern ridges of Ankara are visible in the south. It is ideal for living. May it be good for those who buy and live in a house.
